This job opening is for a position within a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of Jack in the Box, a well-known fast-food restaurant chain. It is important to note that the employer in this case will be the independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc. itself. This means that the franchisee will be responsible for all employment-related decisions such as hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling within this particular restaurant. Jack in the Box is recognized for serving quality food with quick service, and this establishment strives to uphold those standards in every guest interaction.

The role available is for a team member dedicated to delivering an outstanding "WOW" guest experience. This is achieved by consistently providing high-quality food, excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. The team member serves as the face of the restaurant to its guests, modeling a positive attitude, friendliness, and genuine hospitality at all times. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior customer service experience a plus
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks

Job Qualifications
