The role of a Team Member at Fresh Dining Concepts involves a hands-on approach to food preparation, presentation, and guest interaction specifically for Auntie Anne's and/or Cinnabon product lines. Team Members are responsible for preparing dough, specialty pretzels, Cinnabon products, and associated beverages while maintaining cleanliness and operational standards of the store environment and equipment. This position requires adherence to company policies, state and federal regulations, and health and safety protocols to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction.

Team Members serve as the frontline ambassadors of the brands, engaging with guests through friendly and courteous interactions. They take orders, operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, suggest additional menu items to increase sales, and provide sample tastings to prospective customers. Responsibilities also encompass setting up equipment and supplies for opening shifts, as well as cleaning and breakdown duties at closing. The role demands physical stamina to handle tasks such as prolonged standing, bending, lifting over 50 pounds, and repetitive hand and arm motions involved in the food preparation process.

Fresh Dining Concepts values individuals with a strong customer service orientation, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to follow instructions precisely. While prior food service experience is a plus, the company welcomes applicants with equivalent retail experience and offers opportunities to obtain necessary certifications, such as food handler certification, early during employment.
