Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Whip up pretzels, smoothies, and other tasty treats that meet quality standards
- Greet guests warmly, take orders with a smile, ensure customer satisfaction
- Learn the menu thoroughly including ingredients, packaging, and preparation methods
- Handle cash register duties if assigned
- Keep the shop clean and organized including dining and kitchen areas
- Deliver orders promptly and verify accuracy before serving
- Maintain a positive and energetic presence in the workplace
