Job Requirements
- Less than high school education, GED or high school degree preferred
- ability to comprehend simple instructions
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables
- must obtain State Food Handler certification within 60 days of hire
- ability to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude
- enter orders into POS system and use suggestive selling of food products
- receive payments and make change while maintaining cash drawer
- present orders to guests ensuring accuracy
- assist with food preparation and stocking supplies
- read monitor to identify products that need to be prepared
- notify cook of special orders, shortages and needs
- perform general cleaning duties including dining room tables, restrooms, sweeping and mopping
- set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
- communicate with customers, team members and managers positively and professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service and order presentation counters
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and rotation of display cooler
- observe health, sanitation, and safety protocols
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- assist team members enthusiastically
- perform other duties as assigned
- work variable schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
