The role being offered is that of a Team Member within the Operations department, reporting directly to the General Manager. This position is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences to guests. A MAD Greens Team Member is not just a food service provider but also a cultural ambassador who helps maintain and promote the restaurant's core values such as teamwork, inclusivity, respect, passion, and fun. The candidate will have direct interaction with guests, handling food orders, managing transactions, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they enter the restaurant.
In addition to guest-facing responsibilities, the Team Member plays a key role behind the scenes, including preparing fresh ingredients daily by cutting, slicing, and properly storing vegetables and fruits, rotating food items to maintain quality, and adhering to strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment. The individual also assists in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, which encompasses the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and prep spaces. Problem-solving skills are essential as the Team Member will handle guest concerns swiftly and professionally to uphold a positive dining experience.

Job Duties
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
- Follow MAD Greens operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Make the availability of fresh ingredients possible on a daily basis
- Cut, slice vegetables and fruits and store them properly
- Rotate food items in cold storage and trash any expired items
- Sort, chop, and store food items that need to be used for cooking purposes
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensures proper set up and/or breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas
- Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints
- Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Snappy Salads
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Contributes to a positive team environment
