Job Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- capable of speaking, reading, and writing effectively
- excellent oral communication skills
- able to comply with McAlister's grooming and uniform policies
- able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
- able to work flexible hours
- able to travel to assigned restaurant location and operate respective workstations
- able to stand and walk for 80-90% of shift time

Job Duties
- Responsible for preparing certain food items
- responsible for greeting guests and taking orders accurately and in a friendly manner
- requires knowledge of menu items and ingredients as well as familiarity with step-by-step customer service procedures
- responsible for accurate cash handling
- responsible for delivering orders to guests and ensuring each order is complete and correctly prepared
- responsible for cleaning the dining area and serving guests
- ensuring guests receive accurate orders promptly and courteously
- orders must be organized for dine-in, curbside, and pickup areas
- verifying correctness and completion of orders
- responsible for rapid preparation of each menu item according to standards
- responsible for maintaining product quality standards
- maintaining cleanliness and order at assigned workstations
- supporting overall restaurant cleanliness according to standards
