Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 15 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferable
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with others as a team
  • Ability to comfortably interact with all guests
  • Ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks and duties
  • Problem solving skills

Job Duties

  • Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • Clean and stock station area(s) and perform other cleaning duties as assigned
  • Prepare, package and deliver all products according to menu standards ensuring hot, quality items
  • Handle all food products according to company procedures and follow food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • Follow the steps outlined in the CKE Crew Person Training Program to learn new skills and improve performance
  • Communicate to immediate supervisor when additional training, guidance and practice is needed
