Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
Reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior
Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business

Job Duties

Maintain a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency
Execute company directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely
Provide excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment
Perform cashier and front-end duties ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient
Unload, process, and stock freight according to store merchandising guidelines
Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building
Complete daily and weekly workload and tasks efficiently and on time
Participate actively in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts
Perform all other duties based on business needs
