The role requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends, to accommodate the bakery-cafe’s hectic and evolving schedule.

Beyond operational duties, you will help foster Panera's culture of teamwork, warmth, and growth, creating an environment where team members feel valued and motivated. You will celebrate team successes and encourage continued learning and development. This position offers competitive pay with eligibility for quarterly bonuses, making it a financially rewarding opportunity. Moreover, Panera provides free on-shift meals and unlimited beverages, paid vacation, sick time, and holidays, as well as comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance options. The company also supports career advancement through leadership development programs and tuition discounts, ensuring a pathway to grow within the organization. Panera backs its team members with perks, rewards, and a team member assistance program to support their well-being and success.

It is a chance to grow professionally in a supportive environment while contributing to a brand known for excellence in the foodservice industry.
