Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy and physically demanding environment
  • must be able to spend 90% of work time standing
  • must be able to spend 10% of work time sitting
  • must use all sensory abilities including vision, hearing, taste, smell, touch and speech
  • must use physical abilities including walking, bending, kneeling, handling, hand flexibility, stretching, squatting, crawling, lifting, climbing and crouching
  • must be able to carry loads over 25 pounds and regularly carry up to 50 pounds
  • must communicate clearly with guests and team members in the restaurant's primary language, primarily English
  • must have 100% corrected hearing
  • must have 20/20 corrected vision
  • reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience in food service industry
  • supervisory experience a plus but not required
  • experience working in fast-paced environment
  • retail experience

Job Duties

  • Provide supervision during assigned shifts
  • deliver positive experience and environment to team members and guests
  • manage FOH and BOH shift responsibilities including staff scheduling to minimize overtime and control labor costs
  • supervise service speed ensuring positive guest experience
  • handle guest feedback and complaints
  • oversee daily shifts to maintain standards, product quality and cleanliness
  • assist in ongoing training of team members including new hires and existing staff
  • enforce uniform policies and standards
  • ensure proper cash handling procedures
  • open and close restaurant in absence of senior management
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
