Intuit is currently seeking highly motivated and proactive individuals to join their team as Tax Associates at new TurboTax Store locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This unique role combines tax expertise and community engagement, providing a platform for individuals passionate about taxation to make a positive impact in their local communities. Tax Associates at TurboTax Stores serve as trusted advisors to customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations and empowering them to achieve favorable financial outcomes. This role entails working on-site at TurboTax locations and playing an instrumental part in growing TurboTax’s client base by building strong community relationships and driving customer loyalty.

As a Tax Associate, you will utilize TurboTax marketing support and software tools to cultivate a thriving business while fostering prosperity within your community. You will interact with customers both in-person and through cutting-edge virtual communication tools, providing comprehensive tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support. You will address a wide range of tax scenarios, from simple individual filings to more complex business income and deduction strategies, including amendments. Your personalized approach and ability to understand each customer’s unique financial landscape will be key to alleviating the stresses associated with tax filing and helping clients plan for their financial futures.

This is a nonexempt position requiring onsite presence at a TurboTax retail or flagship location with flexible schedules ranging from seasonal to year-round opportunities.
