Intuit is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in new TurboTax locations across the United States. This unique role blends tax expertise with entrepreneurial vigor and local community involvement. As a TurboTax Local Service Expert, your primary responsibility is to deliver expert full-service tax preparation, including personal and business tax returns, amendments, and deductions optimization. You will be the trusted advisor to your clients, helping them navigate the complexities of tax laws and discover tax savings tailored to their financial situations.

Beyond tax preparation, you will act as a vital connector between your customers and a broader team of Intuit specialists offering services such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services. This role is hands-on and collaborative, allowing you to work directly with clients in person or virtually, building deeper relationships and gaining a comprehensive understanding of each client’s financial landscape. Your proactive engagement helps clients make informed financial decisions while ensuring a seamless, integrated experience with the full suite of Intuit’s products.

A key part of your role as a Local Service Expert is growing TurboTax’s client base within your local community. You will embrace a community ambassador mindset, actively building relationships with new clients through grassroots marketing, community events, financial literacy workshops, and networking activities. You will leverage TurboTax’s marketing tools to establish a strong local presence and professional brand.

This position requires an onsite presence in a TurboTax location, working primarily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, with flexible hours that may scale up during peak tax season. Intuit provides comprehensive training, including tax law updates, cross-training in other financial services, and professional development to help you succeed and grow.

The compensation for this role is competitive and includes a pay-for-performance structure. Base pay varies by location, ranging approximately from $23.50 to $41.00 per hour depending on the market. Additional compensation includes cash bonuses, equity rewards, and a robust benefits package inclusive of a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid sick time, an employee stock purchase plan, and more.
