This job opening is for the position of TurboTax Retail Expert, a unique role that blends tax expertise, community engagement, and entrepreneurial spirit. As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will work onsite at one of Intuit’s TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. Your primary responsibilities will include serving customers through direct interaction, providing expert tax advice, preparing tax returns, and facilitating an exceptional customer experience. The TurboTax Retail Expert position is non-exempt and requires onsite presence during operational hours, which can vary and increase during peak tax season.
