Job Description

EOS Hospitality is a leading management company specializing in the ownership and operation of a diverse portfolio of hospitality properties, including independent hotels and renowned branded hotels such as Marriott and Hilton. With a commitment to excellence in guest service and operational efficiency, EOS Hospitality supports its properties through a skilled leadership team focused on delivering memorable experiences and strong financial performance across its portfolio. Known for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, the company plays a critical role in shaping the hospitality industry by setting high standards in service, operational management, and employee engagement. The position of Task Force General Manager at EOS Hospitality represents a pivotal leadership opportunity within the organization. This role involves providing both short-term and long-term coverage for a variety of properties owned or managed by EOS Hospitality. Acting as the onsite General Manager, the individual serves as the company representative for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a smooth operational flow during periods of transition, leaves of absence, or when additional training and support are needed until a full-time General Manager is appointed. Assignments vary in length, determined by the unique requirements of each property, encompassing both independent and branded hotels, including full and limited service Marriott and Hilton locations. As Task Force General Manager, the individual holds responsibility for the selection, training, and development of key leadership within the resort or hotel, maintaining strict oversight over staff performance across all departments. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, allowing the manager to engage effectively with guests, resolve issues promptly, and communicate well with various internal departments. Financial acumen is essential, as the manager must ensure departmental profitability aligns with budget objectives, while constantly seeking cost-effective strategies and profit enhancement opportunities. Beyond operational oversight, the Task Force General Manager acts as the primary training resource for new General Managers or those requiring additional mentorship and hands-on support. This aspect underscores the role’s importance in knowledge transfer and skill development critical for maintaining the high standards and consistency EOS Hospitality demands. Additional responsibilities include supporting corporate initiatives and contributing to broader organizational projects, further enhancing EOS Hospitality’s operational excellence. This role suits a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive management experience, ideally possessing a blend of skills in sales, marketing, food and beverage operations, and financial management. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and compensation ranges from $120,000 to $220,000 annually, dependent on geographic location and specific property needs. Overall, the Task Force General Manager role at EOS Hospitality offers a dynamic and impactful leadership position for experienced hospitality professionals looking to influence multiple properties, support leadership development, and contribute to the company’s continued success within the competitive hotel management sector.
