Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 5 years of relevant culinary management experience
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in POS systems
- ability to manage inventory and labor effectively
- experience in high-volume banquet kitchen operations
- flexibility to work varying shifts and extended hours

- minimum 5 years of experience in hotel restaurant BOH or culinary management
- demonstrated strategic leadership abilities
- proficient in inventory and labor management
- experience working in a high-volume banquet kitchen
- knowledgeable in the use of various POS systems
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- oversee all aspects of banquet kitchen operations including menu planning
- manage food preparation ensuring high quality and consistency
- lead and supervise kitchen staff maintaining high performance
- coordinate inventory and labor management effectively
- operate and utilize various POS systems proficiently
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- work efficiently in a high-volume banquet kitchen environment
