In your role, you will act as the face of CPK’s take-out service by welcoming guests, capturing walk-in and phone orders accurately, and handling online order platforms in partnership with third-party delivery companies. You will ensure that every order is prepared with precision and delivered promptly, providing customers with accurate wait times and taking payments securely. You will monitor the curbside pick-up area to greet guests promptly and ensure a seamless take-out experience. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a friendly disposition to maintain the quality of California Pizza Kitchen’s service even outside the dining room.
