Job Requirements

2-3 years previous experience as a busser in a restaurant setting
Some experience in nightlife setting a plus
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
Ability to work flexible schedule including am, pm, weekends and holidays
Uphold professional standards
Maintain proper grooming, appearance and friendly demeanor
Ability to handle multiple guest requests and work under high-paced environment
Must be 21 years or older
Must be able to lift 45 pounds
Must be able to stand for 8 hour shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Work weekends, late nights, and holidays
Complete daily and weekly side work cleaning duties
Assist in setup and breakdown of the venue
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Engage guests with a smile and friendly demeanor
Respond to guest questions and provide assistance
Be available on radio/walkie talkies for immediate request handling
Assist servers in preparing and delivering bottle service orders
Collect used glassware, plates, and debris from tables
Comply with all state, federal, and corporate liquor and food regulations
Attend required meetings and daily pre-shifts
Maintain positive and gossip-free work environment
Respond urgently to staff, guest, and venue requests
Take pride in work and willingness to go the extra mile
