- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Current Food Handler's Certification
- Must comply with E-Verify program where applicable
- Must be able to read and understand tickets
- Proper use of knife and other equipment
- Maintain proper uniform standards

- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute tasks
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- Wear proper uniform at all times in work areas
- Assemble and dismantle work station promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of station during shift
- Prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups, etc. following proper procedure recipes
- Bus tables and assist with dining room operations by tending to guests' needs
- Maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures and restock service bar with necessary supplies
- Maintain adequate ice levels for drink preparation
- Assist in washing and restocking glassware
- Replace beer kegs and manage inventory records
- Empty service bar trash
- Clean and maintain all equipment and utensils
- Communicate and work as a team with coworkers and management
- Follow management's instructions and suggestions
- Read and understand tickets, including menu items and modifications
- Sweep and mop bar floors
