Job Duties
- prepare fresh and quality sushi and other menu items
- maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
- support the kitchen team with efficient food prep and organization
- learn and apply Kura Sushi specific preparation techniques
- multitask effectively during busy periods
- assist with inventory and kitchen stock management
- collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experience
