Job Description

Kura Sushi USA is an innovative and tech-interactive Japanese restaurant established in 2008 as a subsidiary of Kura Sushi, Inc. Kura Sushi is currently hiring Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for its location in Modesto, California. This role is perfect for team players who go above and beyond, are committed to preparing fresh, tasty, and quality food, and possess strong organizational skills to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be eager and enthusiastic about learning and preparing sushi according to Kura Sushi's high standards. Additionally, knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness is essential.

This position offers both full-time and part-time hours with a preferred availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate is competitive at $16.90 per hour plus tips, subject to experience and qualifications, and in compliance with local wage and hour laws.
