Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work full-time or part-time hours
- Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must pass any required background checks and health screenings
- Willingness to learn and adhere to Kura Sushi’s preparation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and cleanliness
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for learning sushi preparation techniques
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh sushi and other menu items according to Kura standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Multi-task effectively during busy shifts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Follow organizational guidelines for food storage and preparation
- Continuously learn and improve sushi preparation skills
- Assist in inventory management and kitchen organization
