The current hiring opportunity is for Line Cooks/Prep Cooks at Kura Sushi’s Fishers location. - ability to work full-time or part-time hours
- availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
- physical ability to stand and perform kitchen tasks for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred

Job Duties
- prepare fresh and tasty sushi and Japanese dishes according to Kura standards
- maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
- work collaboratively as a team player supporting other staff members
- manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrate eagerness and enthusiasm to learn and improve sushi preparation skills
- follow all operational procedures and organizational policies
