This role offers an hourly pay range between $17.50 and $18.00 and involves working morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends. As a Sushi Chef at Wegmans, you will play a critical role in preparing fresh, high-quality sushi rolls and other Japanese cuisine menu items that are sold directly in the store. Job Requirements

- 1+ years of kitchen experience, preferably in a sushi or Japanese restaurant
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with sushi products

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients, including slicing fish, cutting vegetables, and making sushi rice

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely preparation
