- Prior experience as a sushi chef

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests at the sushi bar or lounge area
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using diverse kitchen equipment including broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
- Promptly and courteously respond to guest requests and provide information about menu offerings
- Ensure guest satisfaction with quality of food and service
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning sushi bar and kitchen equipment
- Follow company guidelines on food preparation, portioning, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Keep kitchen, sushi counters, and food storage areas clean, organized, and sanitary
