Job Requirements
- 1-3+ years of culinary experience
- Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
- Capable of repetitive manual tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of culinary experience
- Ability to obtain or possession of valid local and/or state Food Handler permits
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality
- Proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Duties
- Prep all ingredients and food products to fulfill prep lists, par levels, and recipe standards
- Utilize various prep and cooking methods including washing, chopping, cutting, grilling, roasting, sautéing, frying to create menu items quickly and precisely
- Coordinate with other kitchen stations as needed
- Maintain prep and cooking areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner
- Clean, organize, and maintain refrigerators, cooler drawers, ovens, prep and dry storage areas
- Complete assigned side work and closing duties
- Stock, clean, and organize line stations
- Follow instructions and guidelines for safe usage of kitchen equipment and cleaning compounds
- Report equipment problems and maintenance issues to leadership immediately
- Follow all food service and handling safety precautions and procedures
