Physical demands include standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions. The cook must be comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment, often involving exposure to cleaning materials, and must be flexible with working hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
