The role of Sushi Cook at The Henry is a specialized culinary position that demands both technical skill and artistic finesse. The position is open for immediate hiring, and candidates are encouraged to walk in for interviews from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 am and 11:00 am at the designated restaurant address. Job Duties

  • Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results
  • Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work clean
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Have excellent communication skills and stand for long periods
  • Lift up to 25 pounds
  • Be available to work weekends and some holidays
  • Fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
