The Sushi Chef position in New York City offers an exciting opportunity to join this dynamic team. This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years related sushi chef experience
- knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling
- ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 40 lbs
- adherence to HACCP guidelines

Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years experience as a sushi chef in upscale sushi operations
- proficiency in sushi preparation and production in high-volume settings
- supervisory and leadership skills
- excellent knife skills
- knowledge of HACCP controls and food storage
- familiarity with current food industry trends
- computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- ability to handle physical demands of the role
- ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred
