Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
- ability to work various shifts including day and night shifts
- availability to work weekends and evenings
- reliable commute or plan to relocate to Boise ID 83706 before starting work

Job Duties
- Prepare all types of sushi including maki nigiri and sashimi
- select fresh fruits and vegetables to make high-quality dishes
- manage food prep activities like making sushi rice

- monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean workstation at the end of the shift
