Job Description
A restaurant is seeking a Sushi Chef to prepare sauces and sushi items for guests at the sushi bar, ensuring a fun and inviting dining experience while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. The chef will greet guests, prepare various foods, respond to guest requests, ensure food quality, and follow cooking procedures and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Must successfully pass the Company's sushi chef training program and cooking procedures
- Previous experience as a sushi chef highly desirable
- Culinary degree a plus
- Approved food handling training as required by local laws
