In addition to sushi, experience with Korean cuisine is highly desirable, as there will be opportunities to assist with broader kitchen operations when needed. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a sushi chef
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Physically able to stand for long periods
- Reliable and motivated
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sushi chef
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques
- Experience with Korean cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
