We are currently seeking an experienced and independent Sushi Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team. This role is integral in managing the sushi station, ensuring that every dish leaving the sushi counter meets the highest standards of taste and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in sushi preparation techniques, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. In addition to sushi, experience with Korean cuisine is highly desirable, as there will be opportunities to assist with broader kitchen operations when needed.
