Job Duties

  • manage, supervise and coordinate assigned activities associated with food service
  • assist with the preparation, assembly and service of meals
  • compile and maintain data for variance and yearly budget reports
  • assure competent, efficient and timely performance of duties within the food service department
  • comply with all food service department and regulatory policies and regulations
  • maintain excellent guest, customer, professional and public relations
