Job Duties
- Greet and welcome wine bar guests
- help to host and seat tables when necessary
- deliver charcuterie to the tables ensuring that it is delivered promptly
- deposit soiled glassware and dishes appropriately in the specified area
- empty all trash containers regularly, stock bussing and serving stations
- learn and maintain product knowledge of the food menu
- maintain restaurant cleanliness, including sweeping or mopping floor using the tools provided
- clean and set tables to restaurant standards
- pull dirty glasses from tables while guests are still seated
- stock bussing stations
- clean stations, including sweeping floor using the tools provided
- assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary, such as expediting food to tables
- attend all company and/or restaurant required trainings and meetings
- communicate with other staff and management
- take on responsibilities outside of this job at times as needed
