As a Support Staff member, you will work closely with the team to ensure that the dining environment remains clean, safe, and inviting throughout each shift. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or related roles such as host/hostess or busser is preferred but not mandatory
  • enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
  • knowledge of restaurant operations including food handling, bussing techniques, and basic cleaning procedures
  • strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
  • ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with seating arrangements
  • clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
  • assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering utensils or condiments as needed
  • maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring trash is properly disposed of
  • handle guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items or restaurant policies with excellent communication skills
  • ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling of dishes and utensils at all times
