Job Duties
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly
- refill water, beverages, bread, and condiments as needed
- maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
- stock supplies such as plates, utensils, napkins, and glassware
- support kitchen staff with basic prep, dishwashing, or food running as needed
- remove trash and recycling regularly
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- provide friendly, professional interaction with guests
- assist with opening and closing duties
