The role of Support Staff at Jawbone Group LLC is integral to maintaining the smooth daily operations of their restaurants. This position supports servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff by ensuring that cleanliness, organization, and efficiency are upheld throughout the dining experience. Support Staff help create an inviting and comfortable environment for guests, enabling other team members to focus on delivering excellent customer care. Responsibilities include assisting with clearing and resetting tables promptly, refilling water, beverages, bread, and condiments as needed, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining areas, service stations, and restrooms. The Support Staff also stock essential supplies such as plates, utensils, napkins, and glassware, and provide assistance to kitchen staff with basic prep work, dishwashing, or food running when needed.
