Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of management experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on ladders
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact
- Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience
- Oversees daily activities of store associates
- Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
- Acts as Manager on Duty when needed
- Manages store opening and closing operations
- Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates
- Drives store sales and controls expenses
- Partners with store leadership on merchandising and inventory recovery
- Performs store maintenance and cleanliness tasks
