In this dynamic role, the Supplemental Staffing Manager combines responsibilities from human resources, sales, and client service. They are responsible for matching the right candidates with the appropriate roles at the right times to support operational needs. The manager oversees the hiring and management of hourly workers including Food Service Workers, Cooks, Baristas, Environmental Services Workers, and Patient Transport Workers, all contributing to the care and hospitality provided in the hospital environment.
Key aspects of the Supplemental Staffing Manager’s job include working closely with hiring managers and clients to accurately identify temporary staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and job fairs, and conducting interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks. The manager also builds and maintains strong relationships with site operations leaders, employees, community organizations, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive experience for all team members. Scheduling is managed using an AI-enabled program, and responsibilities include managing biweekly payroll and supporting team members in their assignments.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred, work experience can be substituted
- Minimum 3 years experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources
