Job Description

Job Requirements
- High School/GED Preferred or Three years institutional cooking experience
- Food Handlers Certification
- 2 years food preparation experience, High volume food preparation preferred
- Proficiency with kitchen equipment including Oven, Steam Cookers, Meat Slicer, Deep Fat Fryer, and Grill
- Strong communication skills in writing/composing (Correspondence/Reports)
- Proficiency in Math
- Ability to work weekends and have a flexible work schedule
