The supervisor will develop staffing schedules, approve time and attendance, and collaborate with other supervisors to guarantee adequate coverage across venues. Financial responsibility falls under the supervisor's remit, including oversight of daily financial transactions handled by the valet staff. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Three years supervisory experience in patron and valet industry or customer service focused industry preferred
  • Valid applicable state driver's license
  • Ability to handle moderate noise and potential biohazard exposure
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach with arms and use finger and hand dexterity
  • Willingness to work under stress and interact regularly with patients and visitors

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Three years supervisory experience in patron and valet services or customer service industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office such as Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask in a high-stress environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Proven ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties
