The role of Supervisor Key Holder at Perry Ellis represents a crucial support function within the retail store environment. This position requires an individual who will assist the Store Manager in ensuring seamless store operations, focusing on sales management, team leadership, and customer service excellence. The Supervisor Key Holder is responsible for motivating and guiding the sales team to meet and exceed efficiency and customer satisfaction goals.
