The Production Supervisor position based near Fort Myers Airport offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of SkyChefs' fast-paced, high-volume production operations. This on-site role, with an annual salary range between $56,949 and $70,000, requires a hands-on leader who excels in guiding production teams to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency goals. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a relevant operational environment
- proven experience managing performance and productivity

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, logistics, airline catering, or a related operational environment
- proven experience managing employee performance, productivity, and operational results preferred

Job Duties
