We are currently seeking a Supervisor of Housekeeping to join our amazing team. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and safety that our community expects. As the Supervisor of Housekeeping, you will oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, including discharge cleaning, dusting, disinfecting, and upkeep of furniture and fixtures. Your leadership will ensure that the environment remains safe, inviting, and hygienic for all residents and staff. The position operates during the daytime shift, from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a balanced work schedule conducive to work-life balance.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred
- Ability to supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Good physical stamina required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Supervisory or team lead experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Job Duties
- Supervision of resident room cleaning and discharge cleaning including dusting, sanitizing, disinfecting, wiping, and scrubbing beds, walls, furniture, and fixtures
- Ensures replenishment of soap, paper towels, toilet paper and other supplies as needed
- Follows daily project assignments and may be hands on as needed
