Additionally, ThedaCare prioritizes access and affordability, providing minimal or zero copays, cost sharing premiums, and daycare options to ensure team members can maintain a healthy work-life balance.
The role of Supervisor, Environmental Services at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, Wisconsin, is an essential leadership position focused on overseeing the daily operations of the environmental services department. This role involves organizing and supervising daily workflows, managing department schedules, and reallocating staff based on patient census and acuity to ensure efficiency and quality outcomes. The supervisor develops and implements productive cleaning methods to maintain compliance with regulatory standards, infection prevention protocols, and patient safety requirements. Quality improvement inspections are conducted regularly in assigned areas to monitor and enhance service delivery.
