This well-established company has built a reputation for exceptional customer service and operational excellence, continually expanding to meet the evolving needs of its guests. The Parking Spot offers a unique Employee Ownership Program that empowers every team member with a direct financial stake in the company’s success, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment. By valuing teamwork, respect, and the highest standards of service, The Parking Spot ensures an exceptional experience for both customers and employees alike.
The Supervisor role is a vital position within The Parking Spot that supports the management team in delivering efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations. Supervisors are responsible for overseeing daily activities to ensure that employees perform their duties diligently and that the facility is maintained in optimal condition. This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour plus regular bonus opportunities, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding outstanding performance and dedication.
As a Supervisor, you will be an essential leader, playing a hands-on role in managing staff, safety, and service quality. Your responsibilities include monitoring employee performance, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the parking facility, and ensuring compliance with vehicle operation regulations. Supervisors also conduct audits of the daily work of Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers, respond to incidents such as vehicle accidents or employee injuries, and assist with staffing by filling or covering shifts when necessary.
The role also requires performing frontline duties when needed, including acting as a Parking Guest Attendant or Shuttle Driver. This blend of supervisory oversight and active participation helps maintain a dynamic, responsive workforce that consistently meets customer expectations. The position demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
The Parking Spot supports its supervisors with a variety of benefits, including participation in the employee ownership program, consistent schedules, and access to medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans when eligible. Paid time off, vacation pay, paid holidays, and ongoing training and professional development opportunities are also offered, reflecting the company’s investment in employee growth and well-being. Candidates must meet specific requirements, such as being at least 21 years old, maintaining a satisfactory driving record, and holding applicable commercial vehicle licenses. The ability to communicate effectively in English and safely lift up to 50 pounds is essential.
At The Parking Spot, diversity and inclusion are actively celebrated. The company fosters a workplace culture where all employees, partners, and customers feel welcomed, supported, and valued. By promoting equity and embracing differences, The Parking Spot creates an environment that reflects the diversity of the travel industry and the communities it serves. This commitment to respect and equal opportunity makes it a great place to launch or advance your career in hospitality and transportation services.
