As a Restaurant / Entertainment Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of one of our centers. This role is highly active, requiring you to be on your feet most of the time while coordinating team members and solving problems in real time. You will assist the General Manager in overseeing the entire center's management, including entertainment, food and beverage, and property maintenance. In the absence of the General Manager, you will assume full responsibility for all aspects of center management, ensuring the smooth operation of business activities and enhancing the guest experience.

Your primary focus will be ensuring guest satisfaction by leading your team to consistently deliver exceptional service. You will be tasked with recruiting, training, and scheduling a talented hourly staff team, motivating them to use their individual strengths to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction. You will also execute marketing strategies to boost open-play bowling, league participation, and sales. Maintenance and expansion of the food and beverage program fall under your purview, where you will enforce quality standards and foster a thriving sales culture. Flexibility is essential in this role, as you will work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the business.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of management experience in food service or related industry
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • capability to lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree
  • minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service

  • knowledge of POS register systems
