The role of Restaurant / Entertainment Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is both challenging and rewarding, offering hourly pay ranging from $24 to $28. This full-time position emphasizes leadership in providing exceptional guest service while managing multiple facets of the center’s operation. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager acts as an essential support to the General Manager, stepping into the primary leadership role during their absence. The manager oversees everything from food and beverage services to entertainment offerings and overall property maintenance. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, dynamic problem-solving skills, and a passion for fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Managers in this role are responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training hourly staff members, ensuring optimal staffing levels through effective scheduling, and maintaining high standards in service delivery. They actively drive guest satisfaction by continuously improving operational procedures and capitalizing on business opportunities such as leagues and open play events. The ability to build strong relationships with league bowlers and officers is critical to expanding the company’s league business. Additionally, the manager fosters a culture of excellence by motivating their team, using strengths to enhance productivity, and delegating responsibilities effectively.

A significant part of the role involves managing the Food & Beverage program, ensuring guests enjoy consistent quality and experience that meets corporate standards. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in related settings
