Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lead multiple teams
- strong customer service orientation
- availability to work flexible hours
- knowledge of restaurant operations
- excellent organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience managing high-volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- background in hospitality or retail is a plus
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- financial acumen for managing restaurant P&L
- ability to set goals and create actionable plans
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's high customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with restaurant leaders and General Managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead a team of General Managers across multiple restaurant locations
- follow up on the progress of General Managers and provide coaching
- manage the restaurants' profit and loss (P&L)
- assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
- hire and develop salaried managers
