The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and municipalities to guarantee that project plans are precisely designed and value-engineered to optimize cost and functionality. The site manager will also develop and maintain comprehensive site logistics plans and oversee special inspection schedules. Monitoring daily reports and safety inspections submitted by onsite superintendents forms a crucial part of quality control and project safety procedures.

Leading and participating in project meetings is another critical facet of the role, encompassing pre-construction planning, scope of work discussions, scheduling, and safety protocol reviews. The ideal candidate will hold a technical degree in construction management or a related field and possess at least five years of relevant industry experience, including ground-up construction projects.
