Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of culinary experience
  • At least one year in a supervisory culinary role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • At least one year in a lead cook or sous chef position
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly and back of house kitchen staff
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations including production, prep, stewarding, purchasing and receiving
  • Train line cooks to ensure consistent recipe execution and presentation
  • Oversee kitchen functions in absence of Executive Chef
  • Lead and motivate kitchen team to maintain high performance and morale
  • Solve problems proactively and maintain a positive kitchen environment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
