Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of relevant restaurant experience
- At least one year in a supervisory or management role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist in directing the restaurant team
- Monitor complete restaurant operations on shift basis
- Actively participate in menu change process
- Hire, train, and supervise all restaurant staff
- Address any potential issues quickly and proactively
- Maintain daily communication logs between staff and management
- Monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime to maximize productivity and profit
